Michael, If you want to invest directly, that train may have already left the station. None of the pure-play companies I am aware of are public yet, and most are beyond the stage where they are seeking individual investment - e.g. angel and seed money.

You'll probably have to wait until they IPO and then grab something hot and hope you catch the ride.

Another option might be to look at VC or seed funds which focus on this area. You could google "Venture Capital Fund Wireless Broadband" and see what you get.
