My entire post is based on " ... variable accounting is required for substantially all Andiamo employee stock and options because the ending purchase price is primarily derived from a revenue-based formula. " #reply-18963323 I interpret that to mean "ending purchase price" of stock and/or option awards .. not the acquisition, or something else. If the interpretation is correct, that would be variable awards IMHO. If incorrect, my prior post is irrelevant. Regards, Ron
