Well, the trends been intact for 30 years..there is a direct correlation to money supply and hard assets (including housing).
Population is still growing in this country so demand will remain high plus old houses be replaced with new houses..and changing demographics will leave a glut of abandoned houses and demand for new houses in growth areas (take a drive in the country to see what i mean)
