(Wal-Mart ethical) S'pose it all depends how one defines it...

If you are a little guy, Wal-Mart will pound (to a pulp) on terms.....even going back 10 years+, Wal-Mart would not pay their bills on time, still take the discount, and basically tell their suppliers ("oh, you aren't going give us the discount....well, how would you like it if we BOOTED you")

Also, the entire "Made in USA" campaign, while sourcing so many products from China...well...

They are well-known as organization for paying like dirt, and requiring many folks to work hours well-beyond normal (just to keep job)..

Not calling them the "Evil Empire" (after all, in any huge organization there are going to be problems), but they certainly are not clean either..

I do agree with you about Wal-Mart's technology prowress/investment...Kmart was totally asleep at switch..
