There's an old golf joke about the woman golfer who joins up with three men to make the foursome....she's having a great round and they get to the 18th green...she says...

"guys, I'm about to shoot my career round, all I need to do is sink this 9 foot putt...I'll give whatever sexual favors if you all help me line up the putt..."

the first guy says, "..well I see it breaking a little left then back right at the end..." the second guy says, "...yup, and you're going a little up hill, and against the grain so hit it firmly..." the third guy says, ... "...it's good, pick up and let's go...."

actually women's tennis, soccer and (most of the time) swimming make more money than the men's leagues and are self financing at the schools that have facilities.

Then there is the "star factor" like for example Michelle Wie who is the best junior golfer in the world at this point at only 13. So whereever she plays, the womens league brings in more money than men.

I'm sure you will be groveling when Michelle Wie kicks Tiger Woods' ass in about 7 years in the majors. Won't that be a hoot.
