It was a dead port in a brand new #$&@%(*@#$)*&^@#$$*@ Dell switch. Changing out the switch this week. Geez!

I'm sure that was the longest 8 hours of your life :)

The record downtime for SI was 48 hours back in 1998 due to hackers. Man that was painful!

Congratulations on getting it back up and running. I'm sure you understand the system a whole lot better now :)
