Yes, a great deal is left.
From where I stand, what matters is that Saddam is not going to get to use those tons on WMD's he once had, nor will he get nukes or long-range missiles. So he cannot threaten Turkey, nor the Kurds, nor Saudi Arabia, nor Kuwait nor Israel nor Iran and he wont be able to provide WMD's to Terrorists nor fund or train Terrorists.
It also means no more torture or poverty for Iraqis or Kurds, more and cheaper oil and a more stable price on the world markets.
