Tiggerpaw, this is why you must work harder to get convicted felons the right to vote. This gal here is a good candidate for a liberal democrap ticket voter.

You have operatives out trying to register dangerous sex offenders. Why not help this gal get the right to vote again. All she is guilty of is battering a foster child who know one really cares about. I am surprised the social system down in Florida even knows where the kid was..... more less that the kids was being battered.

You are completely missing the point of the material cited. It has nothing to do with the suppression of dissent, it has to do with the war aim which commanded the greatest consensus. In other words, the various elements of the government could agree that the danger was acute enough to warrant going to war.......
