I don't find a smoking gun in that quote at all. It's the job of the military to foresee every scenario that they can and be ready to respond in kind. They failed to stop 911 and some heads should have rolled as a result but that does not even come close to proving they had specific knowledge of 911 and did nothing so they could implement a secret plan. If there were a secret plan they didn't keep the secret very well since you apparently got a hold of it. Terrorists have been attacking the U.S. for years but they were never stupid enough to do it on U.S. soil until 911. Frankly I enjoy the freedom and security of living next door to the U.S. and I notice that you are free to dissent and post your theories without fear of imprisonment and torture. Try that in Saddam's Iraq, try that in North Korea, try that in Iran.
