proving they had specific knowledge of 911 It's not exact specific knowledge, they knew that an attack was likely and they stood back when it came. Few claim that Rumsfeld and Cheney knew the exact date, target, or personel involved. They did know that an Al Qaeda operation that could serve as the new Pearl Harbor was being discussed. That was in the President's security briefing and alluded to in Ashcrofts fear of flying. cbsnews.com
