Nokia rumoured failings: Singapore, HK and now UK. "Where there is smoke, there is fire"

1) I believe the pace of 3G deployments is being too much for NOK. Management used to the cost-no-objection and easy coasting along implementation of networks.

2) NOK management too busy fighting off MSFT.

3) People who knows how to build those networks are difficult to put under a roof in a sucessful manner. Most of this people are not NOK's people. Knowledge goes out as soon as they walk out the door.
