Anyone who has a clue about leadership knows that questioning every assumption and piece of infomation is standard operation procedure. A good overall reporting of the existance facts with rational? first level analysis. I will reference this later. rferl.org A pentagon briefing that has link to what a Trailer looks like One should look at it. dod.gov A 640x480 picture of a trailer. from dod.gov I plan to limit my response because I don't want to overload your circuits. First, if you really think the world is going to feel we had good reason to go to war against Iraq because we find two very empty trailer trucks and call them WMD, you really do need to take some psych courses on human behavior. In fact, if you're a Bush supporter, you should probably go ahead. Secondly, what they found were two trailer trucks and some equipment but not one molecule of bio chemical weaponry. Now you do understand that Iraq is mostly desert and that equipment placed in the desert deteriorates very slowly. It is very possible that this equipment has been sitting in the desert for years stripped down as it were, waiting to be found by someone who is an over-peeing-in-his-pants-eager person desperately wanting to prove top gun was right. Just to summarize: **To date, no WMD have been found in Iraq. **As acknowledged by ole Wolfie, the threat of WMD and links to al Qaeda were used to manipulate Americans into jumping on board the war wagon. **On 5 February, 2003, apparently in what's being called "the Waldorf Transcripts", Mr. Straw and Mr. Powell admitted to each other that the WMD argument was lame but proceeded to defend it to the public presumbably in order to insure their job security. **To add insult to injury, this war will cost Americans well north of $100 billion when all is said and done......and save your BS regarding the poor Iraqi people; we know there is no compassion in "compassionate conservatism". ** To date, it would seem the biggest benefactor to this war is HAL. Several exclusive contracts have been let to HAL, one of which has no monetary limit til an incredible $7 billion. So my question to you, Mr. Watson, what's in this for you? Is it the tax cuts? Do you work for HAL? Are you apart of the Bush administration? What is your pay off to support an administration that starts a war, costing billions, simply because they want to? You and your ilk call those of us who didn't support the war unAmerican. But look above.....is supporting cronyism an example of being a good American? I would hope not, Mr. Watson. BTW thanks for the very pretty pics of trucks......they made my day! Have a good one!
