You know I can't quite fathom the practicality behind a mobile bioweapons manufacturing facility. They can do it batchwise in different facilities. Say grow the bacterium in some vats in one location, pipe the liquid medium + anthrax into a tanker truck and spray dry it somewhere else. You'd get much bigger quantities and spores have an indefinite shelf life. Think about it!
