fighting terrorists now resembles 1930 attack of Jews

dont get me wrong
the USGovt is not like the Hitler types
they are not murdering innocents, or have Cruise and SmartBombs instead?

but tactics used are resembling very heavy handed methods
like very large lies to justify actions
like deception of the public by keeping them misinformed
like occupation of foreign lands in land grabs

a national pre-emptive strategy is very dangerous
it is a generalized enemy with no standing army
just like the Zionists of 1930
next comes the discrimination of a widespread scale

I see this culminating in Judeo-Christians versus Islamics
in a World War, with religious conflict hovering over a battle for oil reserves
and desecrations of temples and mosques next
and despicable tactics on each side

most Canadian miners dont have mines in Canada
the author doesnt give proper due to the investment demand theme
in 1990's USA, we had rising local costs and rising stocks
it just means Canadian stocks will rise
but so will their trade imbalance and domestic debts
I expect mineral and resource exports will more than make up for rising internal costs

just another scare tactic against miners
and who gives a shit about Barrick and Placer?
they both suck, and are nowhere near leaders
their mines are in Canada mostly perhaps, but that could be because their companies are run stupidly

Barrick is toast

and besides...
we might see production of gold curtailed,
which will exacerbate supply and lead to rising gold prices even more
