But the people feeding him the baloney should shoulder most of the blame for grossly misleading the American piblic and the world on a matter of the gravest importance -- going to war. He may have filtered out the total bullshit, as he called it, that was being fed to him. But he provided extremely thin evidence and then spoke about his deep conviction that the proof was irrefutable, knowing that it was pretty thin soup he was serving up to justify an invasion of a country that did not attack us and did not pose a threat to us -- despite his bald allegations to the contrary.
