I measure the worry of the powers that be by the presence or absence of the subject in the news. I don't see it in the news much. I don't see the UN, which is the expert on these sites, being invited and actively engaged to see what's missing. I don't see reports about how much has been dispersed in the surrounding communities and its effect on them. The powers that be seem to not worry or pretend to not worry. That worries me.
