Start --> Run --> CMD
From the prompt, type tracert siliconinvestor.com
After it's finished, right click on the DOS window and select "Select All".
Type Ctrl-C to copy it to your buffer.
Go to a reply window to Bob's message, and Ctrl-V to paste it into the message.
