Nothing has changed since. I still think this (my post) is the only way out for Martha. At this point, she has no choices left other than to concede something to the prosecution. If she persists in a vigorous defense, the risks of losing outright far outweigh the risks of conceding something now. This is a dangerous game her lawyers are playing, and they won't be the ones paying the price if they're wrong...

Good. The case for insider trading looks very weak. Heck, she could have been watching CNBC, saw her stock falling and decided to sell - and it was only 4,000 lousy shares.

Meanwhile Blodgett and Ebbers are laughing all the way to the bank...
