MO - Check this out. MO leap call, ZMOAF Jan05 30 call @ 12.70-13.00 bid/ask.

MO close 42.70.

Hum.... let's see. Let me get my 3 buck super duper Wal-Mart calculator and do some math.

Let's say we get some of these leap calls at 12.90. That means MO has to be at 42.90 in Jan 05 to break even (excluding commissions). That's 20 cents above what it's at now, and 1 year 7 months from now.

Granted, these are deep in the money leap calls, but geez, the bid at 12.70 is equal to where the stock closed at (30 + 12.70 = 42.70).

Hum...... something tells me it won't be this way tomorrow.

MO due to take a breather. Really nice run. And, it can take it on the chin at times. But, it's something to watch. I may add some back to my pot. I cut some on this position recently taking some profits.
