And they are worried about deflation

That worries me.

Even the prices in my favorite cheapo Cubano store for toiletries and assorted assundries, Navarro's, are rising although still much cheaper than Eckards.

Althought I guess that the real estate mania will end when the Federal Reserve announces it is targeting inflation and begins to tighten and even raises interest rates to defend the dollar.
