Ted, You can't see the difference between a hold up for money and a black man tethered to a car and dragged until he is delimbed? Try a better analogy. Those crimes are different even if the second one wasn't racially-motivated. Tenchusatsu

Since mine is obviously incorrect. re:Ditto. It was slow going at first but I think you're catching on. So is this Petersen guy guilty of a hate crime against women? I can't understand how you could support making crimes between people of different color or background as more criminal than two from the same background. So black on white crime is somehow worse than black on black? What ever happened justice being blind to these differences and treating murder as murder?
