Try a better analogy. Those crimes are different even if the second one wasn't racially-motivated.

I can't understand how you could support making crimes between people of different color or background as more criminal than two from the same background. So black on white crime is somehow worse than black on black?

What ever happened justice being blind to these differences and treating murder as murder?
