Hi Richard, REIT valuations seem to be out of whack. Today I just sold all my GRT stock, which I've held for the last six years. I'm fairly sure I found the stock from this board, so thanks for the big profit if it was you who mentioned it! The only REIT I still hold now is KIM (I've held this one for the last seven years.) It too seems to be richly valued but I hate to part with it as it is so well managed. Any thoughts? Dave
