I Was Shocked by Poor Weapons Intelligence - Blix

An inescapable point on this subject is that there are 2M lbs of chemical agent and 10K liters (or however much) Anthrax that are unaccounted for. This, from a nation that was required pursuant to a ceasefire agreement to account for its chem/bio weapons.

Whether WMD are ever found, this fact is indisputable and taken alone, constitutes sufficient grounds for having gone to war. Even had Saddam destroyed those weapons, he was required to prove he did so, else we were correct to have assumed he had NOT destroyed them.

This is such a non-issue.

Doing some stock research on a too hot day.........came across RMTI........supplier of med. equipment. On Friday, it broke out on large volume and closed at a $1.74. It looks ready to run. Medical suppliers have been very hot the past three months and have ramped nicely. I have tried to catch them as they start out because their runs can be as much 400-600%.

First, the bad news...........RMTI has no cash and short term debt of 600K. It needs 1-3 million over the next couple years for R&D. It has pretty much stopped its cash burn but its cutting things very close.

However, the good news.......it has a line of credit for $2.5 million that just was renewed. Its near break even and expects to have free cash flow some time this year. Its Price to Sales in less than 1. Its three T/O rates....inventory, assets and receivables......are double to triple industry averages. Last quarter, revenues were up nearly 48% YOY and they signed up a new customer that will have a major impact on sales later in the year. Rev. growth has been accelerating for the past three years.

Chart shows the stock has been putting in a good base for nearly a year and is forming the right side of a 3 year cup. Easy double to $5+.

No guarantees.........but like I've said before how badly can you get hurt falling off a curb. <g>
