there have been challenges -- legal and otherwise. I know a lot of libraries thought it was ridiculous. Even without all the spying provisions, this administration has pretty much usurped judicial powers like nobody's biz anyway. All you have to do is be of middle eastern background or know someone from there -- you can be held without trial or counsel. They make a mockery of liberty by trampling on it. I don't understand why the populace at large just stands by and does nothing ...
