Panty Yields, I see because of SARS, toronto citizens are beginning to wear face masks. I guess SARS in toronto is much worse than us guys here in the United States of America know about.

O.K. this is what I understand about reforming hydrogen: You need steam. I also don't understand why one would build a big trailer to make hydrogen when one could just go to a Party Store and buy a cylinder of helium (which should be easy enough to smuggle - for a government like Saddam's iRAQ)

re:"READ IT AND WEEP TWERP...The lack of an autoclave for steam sterilisation, normally a prerequisite for any kind of biological production. Its lack of availability between production runs would threaten to let in germ contaminants, resulting in failed weapons."

tecknology ignoramus con technology igoramus. It seems that folks with only hydrogen between their ears suck in that hydrogen story,... LOL Any thermal source of steam generator I would mount on another vehicle as such a heat source contained in an open vehicle could make for delays in a production cycle as one waits for the heat to dissipate.

Also being able to move around all the equipment using the steam to surface dis-infect seems rational to me.

In general the English are a lot stupider than Americans. Not near as stupid as canadians though.
