The 13-wk MA system sure looked like a money maker if I had begun reading it in early May! Would you give the system equal confidence (i.e. go with individual picks meeting the criteria) when the macro trend is not your friend - or too risky then? George: The 13's stocks track the market... When the market is doing well we have more 13's... Otherwise 13's are scarce... A pickup in the number of 13's usually confirms a bullish environment... Jim
