Do you consider Carter the greatest post WWII president? Is Arafat a great man?

The Nobel committee's bias makes the entire process absurd.. In 1990 they gave it to Gorbochev for "helping to bring an end to the Cold War", without so much as a mention of Ronald Reagan. Now, I do believe Reagan's leadership ended the Cold War, but I could have seen a joint award. But to totally snub the guy who was predominantly responsible (in my view and in the views of many) just totally destroys any credibility they may have ever had.

"do you honestly think the Noble Peace price is a real indication of greatness??"
Yes, I do.

Do you consider Carter the greatest post WWII president?

I consider Carter to be a great man. Someone we should aspire to if we could divorce ourselves from our egos.

Is Arafat a great man?

No, I don't think so. I think he had a moment of greatness that has proven to be the exception, not the rule.
