As big as those grants are, they aren't big enough to account for the year to year share count increases. I assume that there were at least 2 or 3 stock splits that you didn't compensate for? (I am not saying that they necessarily needed to be adjusted for what you wanted to show, although the info from the company might not be properly adjusted.)
