Yes, it certainly looks corrective but ending moves often do. We could still make new highs.

This is the first time I have seen the DOW lead which may represent a narrowing of the rally? WHo knows, but that's typical late stage behaviour. Perhaps it is just finally getting caught up.

I also can't get the MMM chart out of my head which looks like its on the verge of total collapse if that flag breaks. Perhaps it fools us and breaks up but for now it has to be played like a flag. Tomorrow I buy my first MMM puts ever.

I do believe the big reversal day we saw last week means something even if we exceed it by price.

(BTW, a beauty Elliot pattern...check out BAC and count the 'c' wave off the March low, perfect Elliott)
