Ted, Besides, the bible was written by men, not by God. I would expect it to be flawed. I believe that the Bible is the infallible word of God. Any theological discussion with me will easily turn into an argument when you call the Bible "flawed." Again, the important issue to Jesus and God is how we live our lives and not necessarily what we believed. Belief is closely interrelated with how we live our lives. As for Jesus, the Bible makes it clear: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." biblegateway.com If you want more on the exclusivity of Jesus, this is a great book to read, written by one of my favorite apologists: amazon.com Anyway, I know you wanted a discussion on near-death experiences, but I can't get past the statements on the NDE site that I consider inflammatory.
