Justa, why fight it? The NDX 13-EMA is only about 30-points below here, and that provides a nice cushion since it's rising. FWIW, it's an approach that's worked since the March lows, so why would I fight it? I did initially, but when we got the divergence in the NDX and COMP around the 1099 highs, it got me believing this could need to get to 1600 COMP to address all the divergences in the SPX, COMP, and NDX. That's still going on with the May 2002 highs now.
