you are lying out your hole again. PBA's are performed on healthy MOMMYS and BABIES. If you have a baby pulled out of the womb EXCEPT for the baby's head and then ram scissors into the baby's skull and then use a suction tube to collapse the baby's head.....then deliver the dead baby...THERE , pinhead , is PBA...no way would it be any risk to go on and deliver the child...other than to mess up mommys and daddys night at the dance hall that is...
