08:04 ET PCS Sprint PCS cut to Sell at Deutsche; target $4 (6.24)
Deutsche Securities downgrades PCS to a Sell from Hold (target $4) based on their view that the mkt is rating PCS on par with global leaders such as VOD, which belies the considerable challenges PCS faces; firm prefers AWE (target $8.10) for exposure to the sector, and reiterates their Sell ratings on NXTL (target $12) and AT (target $41).
