If they cut only 0.25% the guessing game will continue. IMHO they were thinking that 1.25% is a rat that will move the economy but IMHO overcapacity and lack of jobs can not be cured by 0.25%. A 0.5% will have a much greater "shock" effect and most people will understand that "this is it"

Agree..but as I just posted on the wiggles, that's because my TA is looking for a rally. Even a .25 cut would give us our rally IMO

Lots of FA talking heads out there saying .50 cut would scare the market...............also saying .25 cut would disappoint........and vice versa......take your pick.....g
