This farcical claim, the same claim Thomas makes in his court opinion, that minorities are hurt by aa, is stupid and dumb. Check the research guys; check the research. It ain't true. Here is Krauthammer's statement from his column that you say "ain't true." Before affirmative action was banned at the University of California at Berkeley, the non-graduation rate for whites was 16 percent; for blacks it was 42 percent. Since you are making an unsupported statement that Krauthammer is "making it up," prove it. I have seen these type of numbers before and no one has disputed them.
