DD, I missed that S-8 filing because it was under Employee registration so I didn't think it would be very significant. It could well explain where all the shares came from for a stock that supposed to have a 3 M share float and trades almost that many shares this week. I need to see if I can figure out what that filing is. Other than that going through the recent filings again it seems to me that they are looking at over $5M in sales this quarter and they have stated they will be profitable. The next two quarters are the biggest ones so I hope they continue to put out positive info and the stock moves up accordingly. Joe
