People are too stupid, and much too talkative, and greedy, for conspiracies to work out very well. imo Bush's speeches are written for him- and all speech writer's use emotional language (check out some of Clinton's). If they didn't use emotional language they would be incompetent- you think reason is going to work? While I probably agree with you about much of what is wrong in the world, I ascribe the causes to rampant stupidity and the short sightedness of greed and ignorance- not conspiracy. Occam's razor- imo.
