Davis made a big stink but was suing the energy companies and could not comment publicly that much. He was hoping the courts would give California billions back, but the Bushies at FERC killed it. I spoke to a dem state senator once and he told it the whole energy crisis was arranged by the Bushies, very deliberately, to rip off tens of billions and destroy Davis. But there was no way for them to prove it with FERC fighting them. The system was rigged and fixed all the way.

Incredible huh? Lesson being, never elect oil CEO's to the White House ever again. The temptation is way too much for them.
