Whose broker ?

The trend in the courts during the last several years has been to enforce the extension of duty, auditors and executives now stand accountable for the information contained in company reports. It is reasonable to expect that brokers will be held accountable for their actions.

Here is a rigged wheel... #reply-19071133

If the courts do decide at some point in the future, in your favour, heed this advice, do not daytrade. Go to Las Vegas, you will get some free drinks and good food and it will be fun for you and your wife. You will likely not win $10,000,000 dollars but you will have a lot of fun trying to and it will only cost a few thousand dollars. As a bonus, the kind and glittery folk will make no pretenses about legally taking your money.

Once again you chose to not answer the question as to whether you actually hit the keys required to buy and sell securities. I have no further questions ... your silence tells me all I need to know. Good luck, you're going to need it.
