There ought to be some way to suspend someone for random intervals ranging from ten minutes to three hours. Call it "thinking time." <G> Or else maybe charge one cent for every character typed in messages. For example, I could make this message a lot shorter if I had to pay $3.00 to post it. For example, I might just post TS and pay my two cents.
