Hey Oral, Covering the dips and going long still seems to be the way to go. I was out with an institutional broker the other night. He told me that the high volume during the rise of the markets was not short covering as much as it was the big guys buying. To date, they have not been selling with the same vigor.

As he put it, are things going to be better or worse going forward. The big money is betting on better....at least so far.
