Stay active! This morning I wrote a property report, repaired a spark plug wire and replaced a pull cord the dog chewed off the lawn mower, saddle broke a two year old filly, mowed the lawn, lifted weights and scrubbed the bathroom floor to ceiling. I'm on the patch recommended for pack a day smokers as well as a hit of the nicotine gum a few minutes ago so I probably have more nicotine in my system now than ever. I feel a lot better, clueless but focused...
