If so, tell your Jewish friends to stop harassing the Germans, the Belgians, the Swiss, etc. about the Holocaust, Nazi wrongdoings and whatnot... I agree to an extent. We have to move on.. But we should never forget... And we should add to such memorials the victims of other democides.. Rummel provides a pretty good source for that... But the "technical difference" is that in the case of the Liberty, Israeli leaders immediately stepped forward to apologize voiciferously and provide compensation. They have "plausible deniability" for a one-time event, whereas the Germans, Belgians, and Swiss new what was going on.. Maybe not all of it, but they new that carting millions of people off to concentration camps was just as horrific. But they didn't care... at least not enough to risk being "dealt with" by the totalitarian state that ruled over them. Hawk
