Well, Yogizuna, one big difference is I didn't read about it in the New York Times; I went to the New York Times and read the facts to them, then they published the story.:

I also went to SEC and Congress before I decided to go to Court.

There is something else, also: it's obvious the defendants think personal responsibility vs. "blaming others" is a key defense. Well, no one in my family has ever sued anyone - EVER. I was mowed down by a taxi driver on my way to work in downtown Washington in 1990, was taken away in an ambulance, have had pains in my upper back to this day as a result - and I did not sue. Now most of you realize I could have - many people would. But I did not. I sue now because this is a horrendous betrayal, and not just a one-time thing but an ongoing fraud scheme that lasted years and destroyed thousands.
