Barton in Atlanta is a good example

Pathetic example and you should be ashamed of using it to bolster your cause. Mark Barton was the number one suspect in the killing of his first wife and mother in law all the way back in 1993 shortly after taking out a 600k insurance policy. Was he day trading then? I do not thinks so. Just a guy that was drawn to easy money and already sick. Day trading was the symptom of his problems and not the cause of it. Also remember that this last time around, he killed his wife and both his children before going to the trade office. A very sick man and daytrading has nothing to do with it. The latest actions do show what he was capable of and probably had already done before.

Count,

There are some points you have made that I support should they be proven. The law is in fact the law. But I despise stock humping pikers that do not see themselves as responsible for their actions and they do seem to dwell here.
