Kerry will use the military issue against Bush. No other Dem candidate can. Military wasn't an issue in 2000. Bush has had no competition since. If Kerry runs with Clark or McCain (possible, dont laugh) it will really be an issue. Bush's entire administration now is based on war-war-war. Yet as we've seen in the debate today, GW was no warrior, went AWOL and cant even fly a plane though he poses as a "jet jocky". Kerry does aerobatic stunt flying for fun. That's the reality. An expert versus an amateur.

Ann, I have no intention of debating this issue with American Spirit or anyone else, but I feel compelled to note that the fact that someone has a military background, however meritorious, in no way qualifies them to be Commander-in-Chief. They certainly get points for their service, but other concerns, primarily issues of judgement and world view, are more critical. JMHO.
