CNBC is parading Kudlow and others (Elaine Chao, labor secretary) on the toob. Their take is that this number is not a bad thing but a positive number because temp people got more McJobs and people who had given up looking for work are back actively trying to find a source of income....

What didn't compute is when the Labor Secretary said that over 500,000 people had now declared their intention to look for work... Should they now be added to the unemployment figures or are they already in the figures??? If they're already in the figures, unemployment law requires them to actively pursue work in order to qualify for continued unemployment checks... Bill O'Reilly would have jumped all over this spin...
