The broken tort system amounts to an additional tax directly on the capital that creates jobs. The tort lawyers understand that the Democrats are anti-capitalist, and greedy enough for power to bring down the republic in the process of pursuing it-so they divert a portion of the loot to keep those Democrats politically viable. I'm not sure how far you have to go to recognize a movement as a domestic enemy, but I AM sure the Democrat/tort lawyer machine crosses that line by several miles...
