As long as Wall Street and Bay Street continue lending money to B.C., that province will keep spending like drunken sailors on shore leave. The previous communist government clear cut the province and what they didn't cut, they left for the beetles. High gas prices and the royalties from the N.E. part of the province is what has kept the lights on for now. By the way, did you know that B.C. stands for Bring Cash.
