Jim, people need to start paying attention to that unemployment number. It seems that when the second half recovery does not happen for the fourth year in a row the debt burden people carry will be given more attention than it is now. If you have no job low mortgage rates mean nothing.
On another note, it looks like we may have seen the bond reversal begin. Puplava's perfect storm scenario is starting to play out, just taking a little longer.
I have my house sold and set to close at the end of the month. I am looking forward to booking profits and becoming a renter again for a few years.
Enjoy the holiday.

deceptive bullshit and erroneous counting

Always "in short supply", the truth will become only more difficult to find as the election approaches. We still have over a year to go. Having fun yet? It's going to get "better". This election is shaping up like '72. And the consequences may be just as explosive.

"Bumpy Ride Ahead" !!!

But what will bring down today's current account deficit, the last major bubble of the current cycle? More importantly, can it be brought down gently?

Edit Ah there's Sylvia Wadhwa (on CNBC). Be still my beating heart.
